At HAIRHOUSE, we want you to love your hair journey; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like hair brushes and opened styling tools are ineligible for return unless faulty.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and within the 30-day purchase window to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your HAIRHOUSE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items with the original invoice and apply the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
